Admission Process

Pre-Nursery to Upper Nursery

  • Parents must complete the online registration process.
  • Only completed admission forms will be reviewed by the school management.
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an observation session.
  • A parent interview will be scheduled for applicants who qualify in the observation session.

Grade I to Grade VIII

  • Parents must complete the online registration process.
  • Only completed admission forms will be reviewed by the school management.
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an entrance test in English and Mathematics.
  • A parent interview will be scheduled for applicants who qualify in the entrance test.

Grade IX to Grade XII

  • Parents must complete the online registration process.
  • Only completed admission forms will be reviewed by the school management.
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited for an entrance test in English and two additional subjects as per the applicant’s choice.
  • A parent interview will be scheduled for applicants who qualify in the entrance test.

Children must have attained the respective age as of 31st May for the following academic year starting in June.

FAQs for Admissions

Applications for the upcoming academic year open in June every year, based on availability of seats.

Review the admission guidelines and follow the steps below:

  • Complete the online registration form available on our website.
  • Submit the required documents and pay the registration fee.
  • Shortlisted applicants will be scheduled for an observation session or entrance test, depending on the grade.
  • The qualified applicants will be scheduled for the Parent Interview.
  • The admission decision will be communicated via email.

The registration fee details are mentioned in the online application form.

Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

Please provide scanned copies of the following (high-quality scans recommended):

  • Passport-size recent and formal photographs: Child and both parents
  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Child’s Inoculation Certificate (updated vaccinations record)
  • Child’s Academic Report: Complete records for the past three years, including all terms, along with scanned copies of the front and back cover pages.
  • Identity Documents: Passport or Aadhaar card for the child and both parents
  • Academic Qualifications of Parents: Photocopy of the highest academic qualification certificates for both parents
  • Employment Proof for Both Parents:
    • If employed: A declaration on the company’s official letterhead signed by an authorized representative.
    • If in business: A self-declaration on the company’s letterhead.
    • Payslips, IT forms, business cards, or any information sourced from the company’s website will not be accepted.
  • IT Return for NRI Parents: If applicable, the latest IT return should be submitted.

Ensure all documents are scanned with high-quality resolution, maintaining clear visibility of text, images, and any important details.

Yes — from grades I–XII, an entrance test is conducted as a part of the admission process. Applicants for the Primary Section are called for an observation session. Details will be shared after submission of the application.

You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your child’s application once it has been reviewed by the admission team.

Yes, we welcome applications from international students, subject to availability of seats in the particular grade.

Yes, parents are welcome to schedule a campus tour by contacting the Admissions Officer. Visits are arranged by prior appointment only. School tours are not allowed during regular school timings.

The process typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the grade and the volume of applications.

Admissions are based purely on merit and seat availability. The school follows a fair and transparent admission policy.
