One of the most striking aspects of my experience at CIS has been the freedom to design my own classes while still aligning with the school’s educational philosophy. CIS has provided me with numerous opportunities to grow, both professionally and personally, by offering challenges through curriculum development and additional responsibilities.

The school fosters an inclusive, open-minded environment that promotes mutual respect between students and teachers. I’ve been especially impressed by the strong, respectful relationships that exist in the classroom, where students place great trust in their teachers and approach them with ease. The culture of supporting one another—especially helping students who need extra guidance—creates a wholesome, nurturing atmosphere.

CIS emphasizes research skills, inquiry-based learning, and creativity, encouraging both teachers and students to continually innovate. I also value the recognition given to teachers and the trust placed in our professional abilities.

Overall, my time at CIS has been a journey of meaningful learning, collaboration, and continuous growth.
