CIS students step into the shoes of parliamentarians
Sayantani Halder, Advay Nathany, and Hrishit Poddar of Grade 11 represented CIS at the Regional Round of the PRS Inter-School Student Parliament held at the Kolkata Centre for Creativity on 23rd November. Immersed in the roles of young parliamentarians, they engaged in rigorous debates and collaborative decision-making, mirroring the workings of India’s democratic process. The experience offered a profound understanding of political discourse, the value of research-backed opinions, the responsibilities of leadership and marked a significant step in their journey as informed, future-ready citizens.
